React JS Developer

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a React JS Developer to join its Mysuru team, building modern digital experiences for global clients. You will work on responsive, high‑performance web applications using React and related front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mock‑ups into reusable, maintainable code.
• Develop responsive web interfaces with ReactJS, Redux and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and manage state efficiently.
• Integrate front‑end with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance tuning.
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional front‑end development experience, preferably 6‑10 years.
• Proven experience delivering ReactJS applications in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React component lifecycle, hooks and functional programming.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
