R&D Program Manager – Value Realization

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Program Manager to lead its Value Realization initiatives. Based in Bangalore, you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of programs that turn ideas into measurable customer outcomes, working across product, architecture, UX and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Value Realization and Annual Product Plan programs across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain a unified delivery plan with timelines, dependencies and customer‑value targets.
• Ensure Epics and Features in Azure DevOps meet Definition of Ready and are execution‑ready.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans and track progress against success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate cross‑functional dependencies and risks, removing barriers to delivery.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, delivering clear updates, demos and readiness reviews.
• Support change management through documentation of scope, dependencies and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement, process innovation and adoption of AI‑enabled delivery tools.
