Quantity Surveyor – MEP (6-10 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialised in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) projects to join our Bangalore team. You will be responsible for post‑contract administration, cost control and commercial management across large‑scale construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor billing, payment certification and variation orders.
• Review and evaluate claims, change orders and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts and budget monitoring reports.
• Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
• Coordinate with project, design and client teams on commercial matters.
• Apply FIDIC and other contract management principles in daily activities.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor on MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong understanding of civil and MEP construction works.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
