About the role
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Construction Estimation Engineer to manage quantity take‑offs, BOQs, Bar Bending Schedules and cost control for our construction projects in Ahmedabad.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and Bar Bending Schedules from GFC drawings with supporting calculations.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings in accordance with IS codes.
- Develop cost estimates, rate analysis (CPWD/DSR), steel quantities and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with design, site, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Verify and certify client and subcontractor bills, and manage variations.
- Monitor quantities, material consumption and maintain proper documentation.
Required profile
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2‑4 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and bar bending schedule preparation.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and RCC works.
- Excellent analytical, coordination and communication abilities.
