Quality Specialist (Spanish) – Transportation Analytics

About the role

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist who will provide first‑level support for driver and delivery programs. The role focuses on improving delivery performance and customer experience through data‑driven analysis and bilingual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze case‑level inputs to identify predictors and root causes of delivery issues.
• Implement corrective actions that enhance delivery and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate findings to managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses when data is available.
• Facilitate translation of information between Spanish and English for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate issues and implement preventative solutions.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
