Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the quality assurance function for a hotel property in Goa, ensuring that all operations align with brand standards, guest expectations, and the company’s strategic goals. This role drives continuous improvement, monitors guest feedback, and champions a culture of excellence across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily executive committee meetings to provide real‑time performance updates and address guest incidents.
• Present weekly defect trend analyses, guest feedback, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate weekly quality meetings focused on guest voice, top incidents, and standard audits.
• Track and communicate progress of quality initiatives to executives, managers, and associates.
• Facilitate problem‑solving and process‑improvement teams, ensuring systematic use of quality tools.
• Conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company and brand standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and quality management practices.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, prepare budgets, and control costs.
• Effective presentation skills and detail‑oriented analytical mindset.
