Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. The role involves overseeing inspections, ensuring ISO compliance, managing laboratory activities, and driving continuous improvement across the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products according to defined standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain all quality‑related documentation and records.
• Monitor and control product quality at every stage of production.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints effectively and lead process‑improvement initiatives to reduce complaints and boost satisfaction.
• Manage quality laboratory activities, including testing, calibration, and record keeping.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, test certificates, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at zero‑defect manufacturing and overall product quality enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Hands‑on experience inspecting raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods.
• Experience handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality‑related documentation systems.
