Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring that raw materials, in‑process items and finished products meet defined standards. This role drives continuous improvement, handles customer complaints, and supports zero‑defect manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products according to established standards.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and manage all quality‑related documentation and records.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and conduct root‑cause analysis of issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution and enhanced satisfaction.
• Oversee laboratory activities, including testing, calibration, and record keeping.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, test certificates, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at zero‑defect manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Hands‑on experience inspecting raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
