Quality Management Specialist

About the role

Technocraft Engineering Plastics is seeking a full‑time Quality Management Specialist to join its Vadodara site. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and EcoVadis standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and sustain quality management systems aligned with certifications and industry standards.
• Monitor production quality, conduct inspections, audits and verify documentation accuracy.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply‑chain teams to ensure consistent quality control.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and prepare quality reports and metrics.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality management and assurance, preferably in plastics, metals or automotive manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with inspection methods, testing procedures and process monitoring.
• Analytical mindset for data analysis, root‑cause identification and implementation of corrective actions.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and clear reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, quality management or a related technical field.
• Attention to detail, systematic work approach and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
