Quality Engineering Lead

About the role

The Quality Engineering Lead will head a team of quality engineers, shaping testing strategies across the full application lifecycle. You will work closely with product, development and operations teams to embed quality early, accelerate delivery and ensure robust defect management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to drive quality outcomes.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define, track and report key testing metrics, including test execution and defect resolution.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on quality goals and provide cross‑team solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience with TOSCA Testsuite (including at least 3 years in a lead or SME role).
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into effective test plans.
• Experience in defect management and resolution processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
