Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will join the Core Finance Treasury Tech squad at ANZ, based in Bengaluru. This permanent position focuses on quality assurance for complex treasury systems while also contributing small engineering changes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and non‑functional test cases for OFSAA, OBIEE and related SaaS platforms.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Support test environments, manage test data, and raise defects for resolution.
• Perform integration testing with other squads and assist users during UAT.
• Validate changes across ETL, data mapping, batch scheduling (Control‑M), Splunk alerting, PMM framework, APEX UI, inbound/outbound file management, PAD tool, and Connect:Direct integrations.
• Participate in small engineering tasks (≈10% of time) to enhance QA skills.

Required profile

• Strong background in quality assurance with interest in expanding engineering capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced treasury technology environment.
• Passion for solving business problems through innovative testing practices.
