Python Lead – Azure & Data Management

About the role

We are looking for a Python Lead to drive Azure‑based data‑in‑the‑loop operations, ensuring traceability and sequencing of vehicle data. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural ownership and team mentorship within Bosch’s global software hub.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python services using FastAPI.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment of applications on Azure Cloud, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform to create scalable, repeatable environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure best practices in testing, documentation, version control, and continuous integration.
• Monitor system health using Prometheus and Grafana, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Graduate degree (B.Tech or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with automated driving technologies or vehicle data processing is a plus.
