About the role
We are looking for a Python Developer to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems. You will work on scalable applications, ensuring clean architecture and reliable performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Python.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and data‑driven features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑structured code following engineering best practices.
- Design database schemas and optimise queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
Required skills
- Python
- Django, Flask or FastAPI frameworks
- REST API design and implementation
- PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB databases
- Git version control
