About the role
The Purchase Specialist will support the Purchase Department by handling import activities and ensuring timely acquisition of goods. This position is based in Ghaziabad and offers a competitive salary of 4‑5 LPA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.
- Negotiate terms with overseas suppliers to achieve cost‑effective purchasing.
- Monitor purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import management or procurement.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
