Car Driver

About the role

STAIETECH is looking for a reliable Car Driver to join its Ghaziabad office on a full‑time basis. The driver will ensure safe and punctual transportation of staff, visitors and company materials while upholding the company’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees, guests and goods to designated locations according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily basic vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and well‑maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
• Coordinate with office personnel for pickups, deliveries and special trips.
• Handle trip‑related documentation, receipts and logs accurately.
• Observe all traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward team members and external contacts.
• Customer‑service mindset to provide a professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of automotive basics and safe driving practices.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and familiarity with Ghaziabad and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, manage time effectively and follow schedules.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions and maintaining logs.
• Prior experience as a professional driver in a corporate or service environment is an advantage.
