About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Purchase Manager to strengthen its procurement function across the hotel portfolio. The role combines strategic sourcing, financial control, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high‑quality products and services that enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the procurement department and enforce financial process controls.
• Work proactively with internal stakeholders to source quality products while addressing enquiries and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicate objectives, and report performance metrics.
• Manage the purchasing budget, ensuring compliance, auditability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and internal partners.
• Review purchasing performance and recommend actions to drive financial results and added value.
