About the role
Hotel Lakend in Udaipur is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead its procurement function. The role involves overseeing all purchasing activities for the hotel, ensuring that goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hotel purchasing and procurement processes across all departments.
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure purchases meet quality standards while optimizing costs.
- Coordinate closely with Stores, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other operational teams.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and reporting.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in hospitality procurement or purchasing.
- Proven ability to manage vendor negotiations and supplier performance.
- Strong coordination skills with cross‑functional hotel departments.
