About the role

Join a leading PR agency in Mumbai as a Public Relations Specialist. This full‑time, on‑site position will have you driving day‑to‑day PR activities and shaping strategic communication plans for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and media kits.
• Coordinate with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage.
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with business goals.
• Monitor public sentiment, media mentions, and prepare coverage reports.
• Support event‑related communications, including talking points and leadership messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all external channels.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or agency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple PR projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Mumbai and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
