Public Relations Executive – Enterprise Technology

About the role

As an Account Executive within Burson’s Enterprise Technology team, you will support the delivery of integrated communications programmes for technology clients. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will help craft press materials, engage media and influencers, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated communications strategies and campaigns.
• Develop client‑facing materials such as press releases, messaging documents, reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, news and social‑media opportunities relevant to clients.
• Manage account deliverables to meet timelines and budget requirements.
• Conduct research and provide insights for client programmes and new‑business opportunities.
• Assist in team coordination, training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for research, planning, content creation and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of public relations and integrated communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong research, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with social‑media trends and influencer engagement.
• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in communications.
