Public Relations Associate / Manager

About the role

Thrillophilia.com is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Associate or Manager to lead and execute PR initiatives for India’s leading online travel experiences platform. You will work closely with the marketing team to shape the brand narrative and manage media relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all public relations activities and develop PR strategies.
• Leverage existing media contacts and cultivate new relationships across business and industry outlets.
• Liaise with media, individuals and organisations, handling enquiries promptly.
• Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media.
• Collate and analyse media coverage to assess impact.
• Write and edit case studies, speeches, articles, blogs and other content.
• Oversee production of brochures, handouts, direct mail, promotional videos, photographs and films.
• Plan and execute photo opportunities, speaking engagements and sponsorships.
• Manage the PR aspect of potential crisis situations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven experience in public relations.
• Track record of designing and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media.
• Experience acting as a company spokesperson in broadcast and print interviews.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with multitasking capability.
• Creative, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Good business awareness and knowledge of current affairs.
