Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus.
• Employ diverse teaching methods and resources to meet varied learning styles.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect and collaboration.
• Organise and lead extracurricular activities that promote Hindi language and cultural awareness.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
• Stay current with language‑teaching trends and integrate innovative practices.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school policy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification recognised by CBSE.
• Proven experience teaching Hindi at the primary level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools.
• Excellent organisational skills for managing lessons and assessments.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and a passion for Hindi language and culture.
