Project Scheduler – Railway Projects (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our railway consultancy team in Gurgaon. You will develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones across multidisciplinary engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for railway consultancy projects.
• Define activities, sequencing, durations, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Conduct delay analysis, identify critical‑path impacts, and prepare look‑ahead schedules (2‑week/4‑week).
• Coordinate with civil, signaling, track, electrification and other teams.
• Generate progress, dashboard, and MIS reports.
• Support risk assessment, mitigation planning, and EOT (Extension of Time) claims.
• Participate in client meetings and present schedule status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7‑10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in railway or metro projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
