Project Manager – Wealth & Investment Services (Banking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of wealth and investment services projects for our banking clients. The role operates on a UK shift (12:30 – 21:30 IST) and requires strong governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive full project lifecycle within the wealth & investment domain, including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology and product teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting and executive‑level communication.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment services.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the wealth/investment sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong risk‑management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
