Lead Financial Analyst

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing US fintech expanding its India operations. As Lead Financial Analyst you will build the analytical foundation for a business moving real money at speed, defining how the finance function works and influencing strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the core financial model and unit‑economics framework.
• Set standards for forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
• Guide, review, and mentor junior analysts.
• Partner with product, growth, and operations teams on key metrics and spend.
• Lead board and investor reporting with clear narrative.
• Build dashboards tracking revenue, margin, and cash burn using BI tools.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytics, including a leadership role.
• Expertise in financial modelling and strong commercial instincts.
• Confident communication with founders and senior leaders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Reliable remote‑work setup.
