Project Manager – Technology Startup

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive critical business and product initiatives within a fast‑growing technology startup. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions from planning through to release.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end software development projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track progress, identify risks, remove blockers and keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and reviews.
• Monitor performance, provide status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate resource planning, workload management and support release planning and deployment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong project planning, risk management and problem‑solving skills.
