Project Manager – Site

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale construction projects on site. You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement execution plans, schedules and resource strategies aligned with project scope.
• Lead cross‑functional site teams including construction, engineering, planning, QA/QC, EHS and administration.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and trigger corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement and external consultants for seamless execution.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors, and approve construction methodologies.
• Conduct daily and weekly review meetings, track budgets, manage cost variances and control site expenditures.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20–25 years of experience managing large‑scale industrial, infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors/vendors.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and the local language.
