Project Manager – Project Delivery (Trivandrum)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in Trivandrum. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring client objectives are met while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, delivering on client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project teams, monitor progress, and ensure effective execution.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and enforce cost control.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project records in internal systems such as ERP.
• Communicate updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support proposal preparation and define project scope and deliverables.
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and budget with proper approvals.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
