Project Manager – Production Support & Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead production support and product implementation projects. The role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring service level agreements are met, and translating client requirements into successful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation, solution design, estimation and stakeholder input capture.
• Provide delivery‑focused inputs during contracting to limit financial risk.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops, produce clear documentation, obtain sign‑offs and manage change requests.
• Drive estimation activities, review budgets and communicate resource needs.
• Develop and maintain resource plans covering personnel, space and infrastructure.
• Create detailed project schedules, baseline them and manage any deviations.
• Define quality goals, coordinate with SQA, plan training and produce a comprehensive quality plan.
• Prepare a risk management plan, identify mitigation actions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Conduct project‑plan reviews, resolve open issues and ensure full coverage of project aspects.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling production‑support projects with strict SLA requirements.
• Background in product implementation, including fit‑gap analysis and configuration/customisation.
• Experience working in domains such as Business Process Management, Finance & Accounting, ITIL and Customer Service Management.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
