Project Manager - Planning - CPAS

About the role

Isprava, a leading developer of luxury villas in non‑urban India, is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Planning (CPAS) to lead the planning and execution of multiple high‑end residential projects in Goa. You will work closely with the Project Director and oversee all aspects of project delivery from design to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project planning and execution for several luxury villa projects.
• Plan, track and coordinate deliverables across in‑house teams, external consultants and vendors.
• Maintain 100% control over site progress, including logistics, vendor management, and cost control.
• Research and implement new materials and technologies to improve speed and cost efficiency.
• Manage site teams covering MEP, architecture, interior design and other disciplines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, review technical drawings and contracts, and ensure budgets are met.
• Prepare monthly expense reports, cash‑flow forecasts and align them with project schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, financial analysis and data‑driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Process‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
