Project Manager – Planning – CPAS

About the role

Isprava, a leading developer of luxury homes in non‑urban locations, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and execution of multiple high‑end villa projects in Goa. Reporting to the Project Director, you will own the overall project schedule, coordinate internal teams and external consultants, and ensure delivery of fully furnished, customized luxury villas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track deliverables for in‑house teams, consultants and vendors.
• Manage site logistics, vendor relationships, cost control and material procurement.
• Conduct risk identification, mitigation and continuous improvement of processes.
• Review technical drawings, contracts and schedules; estimate costs and manage budgets.
• Oversee monthly project expenses, cash‑flow forecasts and align them with annual targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams including MEP, architecture and interior design.
• Research and implement new materials and technologies for faster, cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects.
• Strong analytical, financial and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
