Project Manager

About the role

Capillary is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of SaaS products for its global retail and consumer brands. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore teams, and ensuring high‑quality releases on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, create BRDs and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, milestones and budgets.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports and post‑project evaluations for senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, architecture alignment and smooth integration.
• Implement testing and QA processes to guarantee product performance and reliability.
• Serve as the primary client contact, communicating progress, risks and issues while managing expectations.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Client‑facing experience and a track record of delivering results in high‑growth settings.

Required skills

• Project management tools: JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS.
• Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL or Six Sigma (preferred).
