Project Manager

About the role

Sealed Air is seeking a Project Manager to drive projects from definition through successful completion. The role ensures clear scope, accurate resource estimates, and realistic schedules while collaborating with business units, supply chain, and innovation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop schedules, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Supply Chain, Innovation & Development to keep tasks on track.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage schedule dependencies across multiple teams and departments.
• Provide regular status updates to divisional and functional management.
• Interface with Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales Service, and customers for product support and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with all organizational levels.
• Experience developing business cases, including financial metrics such as NPV.
• Effective problem‑solving and analytical skills (root‑cause analysis).
