Project Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale projects across the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. You will work within a collaborative, inclusive team to deliver integrated, data‑centric solutions from design through to commissioning and decommissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Direct project integration, ensuring client objectives are met or exceeded.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial aspects, including contract compliance and gross margin targets.
• Oversee scope definition, change control and performance monitoring.
• Lead scheduling, resource planning and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve scope, cost and schedule issues proactively.
• Solid understanding of commercial and contractual management.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience with integrated project delivery tools.
• Knowledge of engineering design, procurement and construction processes.
