Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple EPC and cold‑chain projects. The role involves overseeing project timelines, material movement, site readiness, and execution planning while ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously, tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, BOQs, and status reports.
• Monitor material movement, site readiness, and execution planning.
• Engage with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Utilise project tracking tools and spreadsheets to provide accurate updates.
• Maintain high attention to detail, ownership, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate, Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, EPC projects, site coordination, HVAC/Refrigeration, cold‑room or construction projects.
• Experience in cold‑chain, cold‑storage, refrigeration or warehouse infrastructure is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
