Project Manager II – Workplace Experience

About the role

Mastercard’s Workplace Experience (WX) team is looking for a Project Manager II to lead end‑to‑end delivery of WX projects across India. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Experience, you will help shape the physical, digital and human environments that enable a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle for local, regional and global WX initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather, curate and validate data that informs WX decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into progress, impact and risks.
• Create, manage and roll out WX playbooks, driving adoption across India sites while ensuring global consistency.
• Execute regional and global activations such as townhalls, fireside chats, hackathons and other employee engagement events.
• Collaborate with RES, P&C, EDE, Tech, Communications, Security, Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Site Leadership and Employee Resource Groups to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the implementation of Mastercard’s location strategy in India by collecting and analysing relevant data.
