Project Manager – Development & Infrastructure

About the role

Opalus World Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of its development and infrastructure projects in Tiruchirappalli. The role is on‑site and requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, resources, and budgets for development and infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, construction, and logistics.
• Manage expediting activities to track materials, equipment, and vendor deliverables.
• Supervise inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Direct logistics management for transportation, deliveries, and site material flow.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across all projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, construction, or development projects, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tiruchirappalli and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
