Project Manager – Design & Construction (Buildings)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction activities for building projects. The role involves coordinating architects, structural and MEP consultants, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP design activities across projects.
• Review, check and verify project drawings for completeness, coordination and constructability.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts, discrepancies and coordination issues before site execution.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Analyse project budgets, commitments, awarded packages and cost‑to‑complete.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on design, schedule, cost, risks and decisions.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and support the execution team.
• Maintain proper project documentation, trackers, schedules and management reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong background in design coordination and drawing review.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings; MEP coordination knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to analyse budgets, commitments and cost reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
