Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of PMC construction projects in Beas, Punjab, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role blends technical expertise, hands‑on project management, and team leadership to drive success in a competitive architectural market.

Key responsibilities

• Attend regular coordination meetings with main contractors and consultants to discuss progress, design issues, and corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, overseeing performance to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.
• Coordinate with the design team on all design aspects and ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, drawings, and BOQ.
• Prepare periodic management reports covering budgets, variances, claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities, and safety records.
• Ensure health and safety requirements meet regulatory standards.
• Provide managerial and technical guidance to the project team.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to develop activity networks, master schedules, and critical‑path analyses.
• Establish and monitor project control KPIs, policies, and procedures.
• Develop action and recovery plans to keep the program on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role.
• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in architecture, real‑estate, or PMC environments, handling commercial, residential, institutional, and hospital projects.
• Familiarity with fast‑construction technologies.
