Project Manager – Civil (India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead site operations for a leading client across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Cement, Chemical, and Sugar. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely delivery of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil projects from inception to completion.
• Manage on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, handle billing, and resolve any contractual issues.
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals with client expectations.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 6–10 years of project management experience in civil construction; 10+ years highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil project execution and site operations.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Cement, Chemical, or Sugar sectors.
• Familiarity with Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
