Project Head – Luxury Hospitality Development

About the role

MPG Hotels and Infrastructure Ventures is seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the planning, development, and execution of its branded luxury hospitality portfolio in Kerala. You will oversee projects from concept through operational handover, ensuring they meet brand, quality, safety, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of hotels, resorts and related facilities, preparing project plans, budgets, timelines and resource strategies.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, market assessments and project viability analyses.
• Manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities and internal teams.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, capital expenditure plans and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Lead pre‑opening activities including staffing, SOP development, procurement, licensing and operational setup.
• Ensure all projects meet hospitality industry standards, brand requirements and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading hospitality development projects, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
