Project Executive

About the role

Livspace is looking for a Project Executive to lead residential interior projects from design to delivery. You will ensure projects are executed on time, within quality standards, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects according to drawings, maintaining quality and timelines.
• Conduct daily site visits and share daily progress reports with stakeholders.
• Create weekly schedules and coordinate vendor resources.
• Monitor quality against defined standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain 100% adherence to Livspace processes and accurate project documentation.
• Drive on‑time project completion while upholding high quality standards.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Experience in residential interior project execution (preferred).
• Exposure to premium/luxury residential, hotel, or studio projects is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to read drawings and follow schedules.
• Good stakeholder coordination skills.
• Own a 2‑wheeler with a valid driving license for site visits.
