Project Engineer – Civil & Structural (SM/RM)

About the role

The Project Engineer will support civil and structural works for large‑scale process and power plants. The role involves ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance across all construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate safety risks; prepare HIRA, SOP and JSA documents for all tasks.
• Interpret and visualise construction drawings, review shuttering schemes and bar‑bending schedules, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop quarterly rolling plans, allocate resources and monitor progress against IS codes and quality management plans.
• Oversee structural erection, excavation, benching, rock cutting/blasting and control blasting operations.
• Coordinate precast construction, slip‑form techniques and temperature‑controlled concreting.
• Provide expertise on piling, various foundation types and support large‑process/power plant projects.

Required profile

• Proven team player with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in manpower planning and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technological advancements.
