Project Coordinator – IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT projects in Ahmedabad. You will work closely with development, design, QA, and business analysis teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, assist in planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
• Follow up regularly with Development, Design, QA, and Business Analysis teams on updates.
• Organize client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans.
• Monitor timelines, identify potential delays, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Assist in requirement gathering, scope documentation, and preparation of business analysis reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management within the IT industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Experience working closely with software development teams and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Project Management, or a related field.
