Program Manager – Product Integration

About the role

EdgeVerve Systems is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large‑scale product integration initiatives across its Edge Services portfolio. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration in Bangalore with remote coordination, and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for program governance, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
• Lead the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive status reports, highlighting timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Organise and drive governance meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines, building strong relationships.
• Define and manage program scope, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Mentor Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring they have required resources and support.
• Support AI/ML‑driven solutions, data‑centric decision making, and intelligent automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 12‑18 years of experience managing large‑scale programs and complex project portfolios.
• Strong background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and program management methodologies.
• Experience in product implementation or rollout within large services organisations.
• Proven client‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exposure to Edge, Cloud, or distributed systems is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
