Program Manager – Partnerships & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager – Partnerships & Growth to lead and expand our strategic relationships with NBFCs and fintech partners. In this high‑impact position you will own the partner lifecycle, drive revenue, and manage the P&L for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture a portfolio of NBFC and fintech partners, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts, managing the P&L and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across lending, payments and compliance solutions.
• Analyse partner performance and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and launch new products or features aligned with partner needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and integration of partners, coordinating with product, technology, operations and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery and an excellent partner experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership, presenting business insights, performance metrics and growth strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, growth, business development or key account management.
• Background in fintech, payments, lending, NBFCs or banking.
• Strong understanding of financial products, APIs and fintech integrations.
• Proven track record of revenue ownership, target achievement and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
