Program Manager – Campus Academic Operations

About the role

The Program Manager at NIAT leads the execution of on‑campus academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination of classes, labs, assessments and student activities. This role blends operational oversight with student‑focused support to deliver high‑impact, industry‑relevant learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of classes, labs, assessments and campus events in line with the academic calendar.
• Collaborate with academic mentors, BOAs and internal teams to maintain consistent operational flow across student batches.
• Partner with student success teams to monitor progress, intervene with at‑risk learners and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor classroom quality, mentor effectiveness and overall student engagement, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with placement and training teams to organize workshops, mock interviews and skill‑building sessions, and maintain industry and alumni relationships.
• Maintain accurate reports, dashboards and trackers, providing regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to manage operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
