About the role
We are seeking a passionate Montessori Teacher to join our educational team in Mysore. The role involves delivering Montessori‑based learning experiences to young children, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Montessori lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create a prepared environment that encourages self‑directed activity.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
Required profile
- Any degree combined with a B.Ed., D.Ed., or a recognized Montessori certification.
- 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori or early‑childhood setting.
- Strong commitment to the Montessori philosophy and child‑centered education.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and materials.
- Ability to observe, document, and support individual child development.
