Program Lead – Financial Literacy & Digital Inclusion

About the role

The Program Lead will design, implement and oversee comprehensive digital and financial literacy initiatives aimed at empowering women. This role collaborates with educational institutions, technology partners, community centers, and government agencies to create accessible training, entrepreneurship opportunities, and safety awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital literacy programs tailored to women’s needs.
• Coordinate with schools, universities and tech partners to deliver training.
• Identify and implement projects that provide women with devices and internet access, establishing digital hubs.
• Facilitate online entrepreneurship programs and support women‑led digital businesses.
• Organise cybersecurity and online safety workshops and awareness campaigns.
• Create and deliver financial literacy curricula, partnering with banks and micro‑finance institutions.
• Manage funding and grant programs for women‑owned enterprises.
• Support the formation and monitoring of women’s savings and credit groups.
• Lead livelihood and agency programs within the Women Empowerment Portfolio, conducting analysis, setting standards and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and managing digital or financial inclusion programs.
• Strong partnership building skills with educational, technology and financial institutions.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset to assess trends, evaluate program impact and refine strategies.
