Professor – Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics or FinTech

About the role

The university is seeking a Professor to provide academic and intellectual leadership across a range of business disciplines, including Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics and FinTech. The role combines high‑quality teaching, impactful research, doctoral supervision and strong industry engagement to advance the School’s reputation and student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses, continuously updating content to reflect industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Conduct and publish research in recognised Scopus, ABDC or Web of Science journals, and lead interdisciplinary, industry‑relevant projects.
• Supervise Ph.D. scholars and guide postgraduate dissertations, capstone projects and other research activities.
• Contribute to curriculum design, introduce emerging concepts and develop electives, certifications and executive education modules.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, facilitate live projects, internships, consultancy assignments and guest lectures.
• Mentor junior faculty, lead academic committees, support accreditation initiatives (NAAC, NIRF, NBA, AACSB) and participate in policy formulation.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in a relevant business discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
• Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications in recognised international journals.
• Experience supervising Ph.D. candidates and guiding research projects.
• Ability to develop curricula, integrate industry practices and contribute to accreditation processes.
