About the role

We are seeking a reliable Executive Driver to transport company executives safely and on time to appointments, meetings, and other engagements. The role requires a strong knowledge of local traffic patterns, a commitment to vehicle upkeep, and the ability to support passengers with any immediate needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executives to and from various engagements, ensuring punctuality and safety.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions for efficient planning.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and in good mechanical condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and employ defensive driving techniques at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other requirements before and after trips.
• Perform routine maintenance, handle repairs, and log mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Report vehicle issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Occasionally support office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
• Attend mandatory safety trainings and adhere to company policies.
